Message from owners Nicola and Ian.

We discovered the Boa Vista resort and Lagos area in 2010 and it ticked so many boxes for us as a family, by 2012 we had purchased our second home here and continue to create many happy memories of our regular visits with family and friends. Knowing the area well, in 2019, we decided to invest in Villa 113 as its one of the best located properties on the resort with unspoilt views across to Maia Praia beach over Lagos.

When we purchased this villa, we also decided to bring together all of the best features in all of the fantastic villas we have been privileged to stay in over the past 20 years to create something special. Feeling like home from home but with extras like the games room and cinema room to help give your holiday that extra special touch.
